Backup your device to a computer with iTunes or to your iCloud. Devices can be replaced but your media can't!
STEP 3 (REQUIRED)
Download, print, and fill out our Nationwide Mail-in Repair Form and place within your package.
Ship your package via FEDEX, UPS, or USPS
STEP 5 (REQUIRED)
After you ship your package text or email us your tracking number so we know when to expect the delivery
Once we receive the package we will inform you and keep you updated on the repair process. Once the repair is completed we will accept payment via PayPal and will ship out immediately after.
